Miss Mary DiPaolo and Mr.
Stephen Bak were united in marriage
at St. Joseph's church recently,
with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Paschal
J. Tronolone officiating at the Nuptial
High Ma.v; and ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs.
Elisabeth Gasbarro, 627 Twentythird
street, and the bridegroom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bak.
536 Twenty-second street.
Olven In marriage by her brother,
the bride wore a gown of white skinner
satin fashioned with a high
neckline and yoke of rose point lace,
fitted bodice with rosepolnt lace
designs on her full bouffant skirt.
She wore a fingertip veil with a
crown of small beads. She carried
a fan-shaped bouquet of Easter lilies
with a white orchid.
Miss Mellna Gasparro, the bride's
sister was the mald-of-honor, and
the bridesmaids Included the Misses
Eva Tacconl, Mary Lou Burke and
Frances Call and flower girl, Miss
Theresa Mruz.
Mr. Edward Osika, the bridegroom's
uncle was the best man. The
ushers were the Messrs. Walter
Perenc. Gerald Downey and Robert
Sholtz. The ring bearer was Norman
Martelll.
The wedding breakfast, dinner
and reception were held at the Topper
tavern.
For traveling the bride wore a
powder blue and brown check suit
with gray coat and brown accessories.
Upon their return from
Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Bak will re-
side at 627 Twenty-third street.
