MISS MARION VAWTER
became the bride of Robert
M. Baker Saturday (Dec. 16,
1967) in a 1:30 p.m., doublering
ceremony at Bacon Memorial
United Presbyterian
Church.

ated at the nuptials uniting
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Louis Vawter, 531 Third St.,
and the son of Clyde C.
Baker, 637 S2nd St., and the
late Mrs. Baker.

THE BRIDE was given in
marriage by her father. She
wore a street-length cage of
imported lace over white
satin. Her circular, shoulderlength
veil was held by a
pearl-studded rose. She carried
a cascade of white mums
and pink roses.
The maid, of honor was Miss
Betty La Rose, in a strawberry
pink chiffon dress with
beaded yoke. Her pink roses
were arranged in a cascade.
The mother of the bride
chose imported beige lace for
her sheath complemented by
a matching coat, brown accessories
and Zorina rose corsage.

Engstrom. Ushers were Robert

A reception after the ceremony
was held at the Crown
and Anchor Restaurant.
