CLAYTON - Miss Mary
Helen Bazinet, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. J. George Bazinet,

married to Sgt. William Francis
LaLonde, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Francis J. LaLonde, 728
James street, Saturday mor-
ning at 10 in St. Mary's
church, with Rt. Rev. Msgr.
Dennis E. Lynch, pastor, offi-
ciating.
Escorted by her father, the
bride wore a floor length
gown of lace trimmed with
Ottoman, styled with an Empire
bodice, with a bateau
neckline, long bell-shaped
sieves, and a modified Aline
skirt accented with a detachable
c h a p e l t r a in
trimmed with lace. Her fingertip
veil of nylon tulle was
held by a headpiece of pearl
trimmed petals. She carried
a cascade of white flowers
centered with an orchid.
Mrs. Gayon Scott was matron
of honor and Frank K.
LeFleur was best man. Ushers
were Gary F. LaLonde
and Peter J. Bazinet, brother
of the bride.
A reception is being held
at the American Legion
home. The couple will live
at Camp Lejeune, N.C
Mrs. LaLonde, a 1965 graduate
of Clayton Central
school, attended Jefferson
Community college, Watertown.
Sergeant LaLonde, a 1965
graduate of Clayton Central
school, joined the marine
corps in September, 1965. He
has completed his second
tour of duty in Vietnam and
will be stationed at Camp
Lejeune.
