YOUNGSTOWN-First Presbyterian Church
was the setting Saturday (June 29, 1968) at 7
p.m. for the marriage of Miss Bonnie Louise
Brown and Louis Edward York.
The Rev. Charles Stratton officiated at the
triple-ring nuptials for the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Gilbert Brown, 2519 Youngstown Road,
Ransomville, and the son of Mi. and Mrs.
Edward York, Lockport Road, Ransomville.

THE BRIDE was given in marriage by her
father. She wore an A-line gown of silk organza
over satin fashioned by her mother. A tiara
secured her shoulder-length veil. She carried a
bouquet of white orchids and white roses.
Miss Carol Van Aken was maid of honor in
yellow marquisette with nylon chiffon overdress.
She carried a basket of yellow and rust
mums and shasta daisies. The bridesmaid,
Miss Bonnie York, sister of the bridegroom,
was similarly attired in aqua.

THE BEST MAN was Ronald Palm. Ushers
were Daniel Brown, brother of the bride, and
Jack Balcom.
A reception was held at. the'home of the
bride after the ceremony.
After a wedding trip through Canada, the ,
couple will reside in Lake Road, Youngstown.
