St. Peter's Church, Lewston,
was the setting for the
marriage of Miss Mary Beth
Berry and Robert Condell today
(June 22, 1968). The Rev.
Terrance Gress officiated at
the 11 a.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter
of Dr. and Mrs. George D.
Berry, 1645 Niagara Ave. and
the bridegroom is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kondiles,
Albany County.
The bride was ' given in
marriage by her father. Her
A line gown of silk organza
was fashioned with re - embroidered
Alencon lace at the
neckline, and on the wrist
length sleeves. A Dior bow
accented her cathedral length
train which fell from midback.
She : wore a mantilla
edged in matching lace and a
single tier veil. She carried a
bouquet of white roses.
Miss Loretta A. Berry, sister
of the bride, was maid of
honor. She was attired in a
floor, length gown of masze
chiffon over silk taffeta with
clooney lace b o d i c e and
sleeves. A sleeveless coat of
chiffon featured Dior bows at
the shoulders. Her four tier
shoulder length veil was secured
with a cluster of petals
trimmed with pearls. She carried
a cascade of miniature
yellow and w h i t e chrysanthemums.
Miss Catherine M. Miklitsch,
Dridesmaid, was similarly
attired.
. Robert Gaffigan, Elnora,
N.Y., was best man.
A luncheon was held- immediately
after the- ceremony
at the Riverside Inn, Lewiston.
The couple left for a wedding
trip through the Southern
states and will reside at
the University of Tennessee
at Knoxville for the summer
months where the bridegroom
will' attend graduate school.
The bride is a graduate of
Niagara University and is a
member of the faculty at the
Military Road School. The
bridegroom is a graduate of
Colorado University, and"Western
State College of .Colorado
where he received a masters
degree. He is an assistant
professor of social science at
Niagara County Community
^College.
The couple will-make their
home in this city.
