Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Bobzien of
Burt announce the engagement of
their daughter Kathryn M. to
Chester H LaPever, also of Burt.
The marriage will take place in the
near future.

The marriage of Miss Kathryn
M. Bobzien, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. C F. Bobzien of Burt, to
Chester H. LaFever, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Chester LaFever, also of
the same village, was quietly solemnized
on Thursday afternoon, June
29. at 5 o'clock in the First Bap
tist church, Newfane, the Rev. A.
P. Goodwin officiating.
Attendants were Miss Esther
Bluhm and Elwood Miller. Imme-
dlately following the ceremony, a
wedding dinner was served at the
5-8 bridegroom's home
Upon returning from a short trip,
Mr and Mrs LaFever will be at
home at 155 Ontario street, Lockport.
Among those giving pre-nupttal
parties were the Misses Esther and
Edna Bluhm. the Busy Bee Guild.
Miss Margaret Robison. Mrs. Herman
Bobzien. Mrs. E. Budde and
the Misses Eleanor and Mildred
Kurts.
