Candlelight illuminated SS
Peter and Paul C h u r c h,
Williamsville, at 5 o'clock Sat-
day afternoon when Miss
Marilyn L. Bonin exchanged
marriage vows with Howard F.
Pollard.
The bride, who resides in
Evans St.. Williamsville. is the
daughter of the late Mr and
Mrs. Joseph N. Bonin. Her husband
is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Arthur B. Pollard of New
Yoifc. The Rev. Robert W.
Stefrbach officiated at the ceremony
which preceded a reception
in the Terrace Room of
Hotel Itatler Hilton
Wore Short Ensemble
Alencon lace appliques detailed
the bride's short ivory
silk organza ensemble which
was fashioned with a batteau
neckline, fitted Empire bodice
and A-Iine skirt. She wore a
short Alencon lace mantilla and
carried an oval arrangement of
off white cymbidium o r c h i ds
with velvet ribbon.
Miss Sally J. Bonin. her
sister's honor attendant, wore a
short Monaco blue dotted Swiss
gown styled with a batteau
neckline, three-quarter sleeves
and satin sash at the natural
waistline. A matching bow headpiece
and a bouquet of daisies
and ivy tied with blue ribbon
finished her attire.
Nieces Flower Girls
Three nieces of the bride,
Ellen Beth, Margaret Mary and
Sally Ann Bonin were flower
girls.
William Scully of New York
was best man for his brother-inlaw.
Ushering were Arthur Scali
of New York and Evan Kenner.
After a wedding trip to Bermuda
Mr. Pollard and his bride
will be at home in Silver Bay,
Ont.
