NORTH RIDGE, N. Y. - Mr. and
Mrs. Leo M. Weber, of North Ridge,
announce the engagement of their
daughter, Miss Dorothy Helen Web-
er, to Mr. Roger LeRoy Bowerman,
son of Mr Ernest Bowerman,, of
Lockport, N. Y. The wedding will
take place in the near future.

was the scene of the marriage of
Miss Dorothy Helen Weber, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Leo M. Weber,
of North Ridge, to Roger LeRoy
Bowerman. son of Ernest Bowerman,
of Lockport, the Rev. Louis
Teague, pastor, of North Ridge
church, performing the ceremony.
The bride, given In marriage by
her father, wore a full length gown
of Ivory embossed satin, fashioned
with sweetheart ner-kllne. long
sleeves, full skirt with a train. Her
veil was finger-Up length and she
carried a bouquet of white roses and
gypsophllla.
Miss Gertrude Weber, stater of the
bride, was maid of honor, and the
bridesmaids were the Misses Jeanette
Donner. of Wilson. N. Y., and
Eleanor Bowerman, sister of the
groom. They wore gowns of embossed
taffeta. Miss Weber carried
yellow roses. Miss Donner and Miss
Bowerman carried pink roses
Donald Weber, brother of the
bride, was best man. The ushers
were Holmes Steadman and Albert
Glnty of Lockport. Miss Dorothy
Schultz. of Wilson. N. Y.. furnished
the wedding music. Mrs. Huey
Lafler. of North Ridge, N. Y.. sang.
"Constancy."' and "I Love You
Truly". A reception for the bridal
party and immediate families was
held at the bride's home.
The bride's going away costume
was a hunters green suit with a
matching hat and brown accessor-
ies. The couple will make their
home on the Upper Mountain Road.
Guests were present from Niagara
Falls, Youngstown, Ransomville,
Lockport, St. Catherines, Ont.,
Johnson Creek.
