An attractive wedding was solemnized
Saturday, at 2:30 at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Bradley
of Ransomville, when their daughter,
Mildred Louise, was united
in marriage to Robert B. Hillman.
son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hillman
Jr.. also of Ransomville.
The double-ring ceremony was
perfomed by the Rev. Elmer Bel-
nap of Buffalo, cousin of the bride,
before a setting of pink and white
snapdragons and ferns. The bride,
given in marriage by her father,,
wore a white sheer wool two-piece
dress with navy accesories. She
carried an arm bouquet of yellow
roses and wore matching flowers
in her hair.
Her only attendant was her
sister, Miss Esther Bradley, who
wore an agua two-piece dress with
black accessories. She carried an
arm bouquet of yellow roses with
matching flowers in her hair.
Walter Maslen, brother-in-law of
the bridegroom, acted as best man
Preceding the ceremony. Mrs. MUford
Parker, accompanied by Mrs
Grant Martin, sister of the bride,
sang, "O Promise Me." and "My
Wonderful One." After the ceremony,
a reception was held to the
Immediate families.
The bride's mother wore a navy,
crepe dress with white accessories
and a corsage of pink carnations.
The mother of the bridegroom wore
a gray crepe dress with black
accessories and her corsage also
was of pink carnations.
For traveling the bride wore a
powder blue coat with a navy
dress and navy accessories and a
corsage of pink carnations. After
a trip through the Thousand Islands
the couple will reside in Ransomville.
