Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Brochey of 559 Parkside
Place, Youngstown. formerly of North
Tonawanda, announce the engagement of
their daughter, Dianne Linda, to William I.
Hess Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Hess Sr., of 331
Oak St.. Youngstown. The future bride, who
attended Payne Junior High School and Felton
Junior High School is a senior at Lewiston-
Porter High School. Her fiance, a 1962 Lewiston-
Porter graduate," served four years with
the U.S. Air Force. A summer wedding
planned.

ST..JOHN'S Lutheran Church, Youngstown,
was the setting for the double ring ceremony
Saturday (July 19, 1969) uniting in., marriage
Miss Linda Diane Brochey and William Ira
Hess Jr.
The Rev. Elvin J. Riemer officiated at
the 3 p.m. service.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Robert Brochey, 559 Parkside Place,
and Mr. Hess is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
William Ira Hess, 331 Oak St., all of Youngstown.
The bride wore a gown of white organza
fashioned with Venise lace daisies accenting
the high neckline, bodice, long Tulh sleeves,
and skirt. Matching lece trimmed her shaped
headpiece which secured her bouffant veil
and she carried a bouquet of white daisies
with- pink ribbon.

THE DAISY theme was carried out with
the attendants who carried white baskets of
daisies, and wore gowns of blue dotted swiss.
Mrs. Edward Martin; matron of honor,
wore a white straw hat and bridesmaids,
Miss Sherry Martin and Miss Helen Rudy
wore blue velvet ribbons, accented with
daisies, in their hair.
William Parker was best man for his
grandson. Vincent Scherber and Donald
Donahue were ushers.
An evening reception was held at the VFW
Hall in Youngstown.
On their return from a wedding trip to
the Adirondacks and Massachusetts Mr. and
Mrs. Hess will make their home in. River
Road, Youngstown, where the bride, is
employed,at Parkside Restaurant. .Mr. Hess
is employed by Carborundum Co., Wheatfield
Division.
