BROTHERS - RADUNS
The engagement of Deborah
Raduns, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Clare Raduns of 8508
Grove Road, Lockport, to
Richard Brothers, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Nelson Brothers of
Potsdam has been announced.
The future bride, a 1977
graduate of the State
University College at Buffalo,
with an M.S. in Home
Economics Education, is
active in the county's 4-H
program and was the 1979
chairman, She is employed as
a home economics "teacher for
the Lockport Board of
Education.
Her fiance is employed as
an outside plant technician for
New York Telephone.
The couple plan a Nov. 10,
6:30 p.m. wedding at
Wolcottsville Trinity Lutheran
Church, with a reception at
Wolcottsville Fire Hall immediately
following and invite
all relatives and friends to
attend.

Wolcottsville, was the setting
November 10 for the 6:30 p.m.
marriage of Deborah A.
Raduns and Richard L.
Brothers.
The Rev. Edward Kolbe
officiated at the candlelight
ceremony uniting the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Clare Raduns
of 8508 Grove Road, Lockport,
and the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Nelson Brothers of Potsdam.
Presented in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a satin
gown fashioned with an empire
waistline and sheer, long
sleeves. She wore a ring of silk
flowers in her hair.
Kathy Hamilton was the
matron of honor wearing a
green gown. Bridesmaids were
Karen Raduns in yellow and
Cindy Raduns in lilac, sisters of
the bride. Denise Wik, God
child of the bride, was the
junior bridesmaid and wore a
peach colored gown. Mary Lou
Blosser was the flower girl,
attired in white.
John Hamilton of Massena,
N.Y. was the best man. Ushers
were Kevin Raduns, and
Tracey Raduns, brothers of the
bride, and Scott Wik, cousin Of
the bride. v
The bride made all the
dresses and shirts for the
wedding party including her
mother's and father's.
Soloist for the ceremony was
Kevin Raduns and organist was
Karen Gardner.
A reception was held at the
Wolcottsville Fire Hall.
Following a wedding trip to
Pennsylvania the couple are
residing at 2462 Johnson Creek
Road, Middleport.
The bride received her MS
degree in home economics
from Buffalo State College and
is a home teacher for the Lockport
Board of Education.
The groom is employed as an
outside plant technician for
New York Telephone.
