Court of the State of New York,
held in the County of Niagara in
in the Citv Hall on the 20th day of
April. 1951.
PRESENT: HON. JOHN S. MARSH.

In The Matter of the Application
of
J O S E P H ZAUCZKOWSKI and
MARY ZAUCZKOWSKI for leave of
each to change his name to JOSEPH
ZANSKI and MARY ZANSKI. respectively.
On reading and filing the petition of
Joseph Zauczkowskl and Mary Zauczkowski.
verified the 18th day of Aoril.
1951 praying for a change of their
name, it being: requested that they be
permitted to assume the name of Joseph
Zanskl and Mary Zanski. respectively
in the place and stead of the present
name of each, and the Court being satisfied
that said petition Is true and It
appearing from said petition and the
court being satisfied that there is no
reasonable objection to the change of
the name proposed;
NOW. on motion of R. Robert Merino,
attorney for the. said petitioners. It Is
ORDERED, that the said Joseph
Zauczkowskl and Mary Zauczkowskl
each be and they hereby are authorized
to assume the name of Joseph Zanskl
and Mary Zanskl respectively In the
place and stead of their oresent name,
on the 31 dav of May. 1951.. upon their
complying with the provisions of Article
6 of the Civil Rights Law, namely: that
the petitioners cause this order and the
papers upon which it was granted to be
filed In the office of the Clerk of the.
County of Niagara, within in days from
the dat- hereof, and that, within 10 days
from the date of the entry of the said
order, the petitioners cause a copy thereof
to be published in the Niagara Tails
Gazette, and within 40 days after the
making of this order, proof of such
publication hr affidavit be filed and
recorded In the office of the clerk of
the County of Niagara, and after such
requirements are compiled with, the
said netltlotaers. Joseph Zauczkowskl
and Mary Zauczkowskl. shall on and
after the 31 day of May. 1951. be known
as and by the name of Joseph Zanski
and Mary Zanskl. respectively, which
they are herebv authorized to assume,
and bv no other name.
