motoring to the Pocono Mountains after their marriage
Saturday (Feb. 7, 1959) at Grace Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Lawrence E. Herfurth
officiated at a doublering
ceremony in a chancel
decorated with bouquets of
pompons, roses, palms and
white gladioli.
The bride, who Is the former
Miss Barbara Jane Halleen,
daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Carl Halleen, 77th St.,
was given in marriage by
her father to Mr. Watroba,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley
Watroba Sr., 18th St.

THE BRIDE chose a floorlength
gown of Chantllly
lace and nylon tulle. The
sabrina neckline was trimmed
with sequins and seed
pearls and the fitted bodice
was made of lace.
Her bouffant skirt was appliqued
with' lace over a
tiered tulle skirt. A^queen's
crown of beading held her
d o u b l e^ illusion scalloped
veil and she carried ^a cascade
bouquet of white roses
and pompons centered with
an orchid.
MISS HEATHER WICKE,
maid of honor, was attired
in a romance blue silk taf^
feta ballerina-length gown.
It was styled with a fully
gathered harem skirt and
detachable fishu. A queen's
crown of horsehair held her
circular veil and she carried
a colonial bouquet of assorted
pink and white roses and
pompons.
Mrs. Carl Halleen, sisterin-
law of the bride, as
bridesmaid, favored a capacine
colored gown styled
similarly to the honor attendant's.
She carried a colonial
bouquet of blue and
white roses and pompons.
Georgia and Douglas Halleen,
sister and brother of
the bride, were miniature
bride and groom.
Carl R i c h a r d Halleen
brother of the bride, was
best man. Joseph Watroba,
'brother of the bridegroom,
and Ronald Halleen, brother
of the brie, seated the
guests.
