Schenectady.-The body of Albert
Breek. 40, was found on the Saratoga
county .shore of the. Mohawk
river, three miles below Rexford yes-
terday. Although there is a head
wound, which might suggest foul
play. Coroner R.. B. Castree of Ballston
Spa Is Inclined to believe Breek committed
suicide,Until three months.

The body of Albert Breek, '40 years
old, of No. 121 Van Vranken avenue,
Schenectady, was found on the Saratoga
county shore of the Mohawk
river at Veeder's farm, three miles
below Rexford Sunday afternoon. Although
there Is a severe wound over
the right eye, which might suggest
foul play. Coroner R. B. Casfree, of
Rallston Spa. is inclined to believe
Breek committed suicide.
Until about three months ago
Breek was interested in the Union
Garage company, of Schenectady, being
manager of the concern. The
partnership was dissolved then and
about that time if is said Breek went
to Rexford to live with his brother-inlaw.
He had been missing since
April 18th. Coroner' Castree learned
yesterday that about three weeks ago
he'told the people with whom he lived
that be was going to "get out of town"
and that nothing had been seen or
board from him since that time.
When the body was found it was
fully clad.' the clothing Including a
raincoat. The only paper or other
mark of identification was a card
bearing his name and address. Breek
leaves a .wife and two children.
