BETROTHAL TOLD -Mr-, and Mrs. Zenon Stdnek,
26th St., announce the engagement of their daughter,
Miss Barbara Ann Stanek, to William F. Russ, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Russ, Chilton Ave. Miss
Stanek, a graduate of St. Mary's High School, is.
presently employed at Olin Mathieson Corp. Mr,
Russ is a graduate of Bishop Duffy High School, St.
Bonaventure University, Olean and is a senior
student at the University of Buffalo School of
Dentistry. He is a member of Xi Psi Phi Dental,
fraternity.

ceremony at St. Stanislaus
R. C. Church, uniting the
daughter of Mr, and Mrs.
Zen on S. Stanek, Niagara
St., and the son of Mr. and
Mrs. John G. Russ, Chilton
Ave. v
White gladioli graced the
altar. Mrs. Lillian LeBrasseur
was soloist and John
Kudela was organist.

ESCORTED TO THE ALTAR,
by her uncle, Walter
Orzechowskl, the bride wore
an intermission-length gown
,of her own original design.
It was fashioned with a fitted
basque bodice, detailed
with softly draped bateau
neckline and long, tapered
sleeves.
Her fully gathered skirt
was worn o v e r crinolines.
A bandeau^of peau de soie
held her bouffant veil. She
carried a bouquet of American
beauty r o s e s interwoven
with. ivy.

MISS THERESE E. Stanek,
sister of the bride, was
maid of honor. She wore a
ballerina-length gown of
aqua organza styled with a
scojop neckline, fitted bodice
and puffed sleeves.
She wore a matching picture
hat and carried a cascade
bouquet of black-eyed
Susans, interwoven with Ivy.

RITA STANEK, sister of
the bride, and Miss Barbara
Sdao, bridesmaids,. were attired
in yellow ensembles
styled similarly to the honor
attendant's. They carr
i e d cascade bouquets of
black eyed'Susans, interwoven
with ivy.
James Russ was best man
for his v brother. John E.
Russ s e a t e d the wedding
guests.

FOR A RECEPTION at
the Red Coach Inn, the
mother of the bride wore a
blue dress of silk organza
and lace, white accessories
and a corsage of pink roses.
The mother of the b r i d e groom
favored a dusty rose
dress of lace over s a t i n,
white accessories and a corsage
of deep pink roses.
The c o u p l e will honeymoon
in the Adirondack
Mountains.
Dr. and Mrs. Russ will reside
at 832 Chilton Ave. un
til late autumn, when they
will make their home in Columbus,
Miss., for two years.
Dr. Russ will be affilated
with the Medicar Division of
the United States Air Force.
