WILSON—Mr. and Mrs. Rodney William
Toenniessen are honeymooning In the
Adirondack Mountains after their wedding
Saturday (Aug. 8, 1964) at Exley Methodist
.Church.
Rev. Raymond H. Draffin united the
former Miss Susanne Wray Scheffler
daughter of Mr. and Mrs Gordon Scheffler,
236 Seminary St., and the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Albert Toenniessen, 165 Young St., in
a double-ring ceremony.
The bride,.escorted by her father, wore
a white silk organza gown and a silk illusion
veil held by a crown of crystals and
pearls.. White carnations formed her
colonial bouquet.
Attendents wore ice blue brocaded
nylon over satin and carried colonial bouquets,
of pink carnations. They were Mrs.
Patricia Updefgrove, sister of the bride,
matron-of honor; Miss Faye-Bradley, Newfane;
Mrs. Richard Napoli, Ransomville;
and Mrs. Gary Zlemendorf,. bridesmaids.,.
Lowell Toenniessen, Binghamton was
best man for his brother. Ushers were
R o g e r Hutchison, Gary Zlemendorf,
Richard Napoli, of Ransomville, and George
Tripp of Lockport.
Mothers of the bridal couple wore pink
dresses with: white accessories.
A receptioh was held at the Cambria
Community Center.
Mr. and Mrs. Toenniessen plan to reside
in Young Street.
