North Tonawandans were mourning Arnold Gombert, who at the time of his death, leaves a w|dow, the former Clara Fritz, and two children by a previous marriage, Reynold Gombert and Mrs. James Witkop, as well as two brothers, Andrew and David, both of North Tonawanda, granddaughters, Carol A. and J. Gombert. He had previously been married to the former Hulda Gombert who died some time ago. A life-long resident of North Tonawanda, Mr. Gombert was an active participant in civic affairs, a twice elected member of the Board of Education at the time of his death, and had been also a member of St. Paul's Church. Mr. Gombert enthusiasm for hunting to the Buffalo Trap and Field Club, as well as to the Twin Cities Trap and Field ....businessman. At the time of his death, he was president of A. E.
