NEWFANE - Services for
Claude G. Bullard, 72, of 2849
South Main St., will be held
Monday. He died unexpectedly
after suffering a heart attack
on Friday (Jan. 8, 1965) at In-
ter - Community Memorial Hos-
pital Newfane.
He was born Nov. 28, 1892 in
Newfane, a son of Senton and
Ella Godfrey Bullard. On Nov,
24, 1915 he married Emma Mil-
ler in Newfane.
Mr Bullard was a mechanic.
From 1921 to 1934 he operated
his own business as a motor me-
chanic in Lockport. In 1941 he
went to work at Simonds Saw
and Steel, Lockport, as a lever
man and retired in 1957.
He was a member of Trinity
Lutheran Church, Lockport, a
past member of the Elks and
the Eagles in Lockport and
IOOF Lodge, Newfane.
He is survived by his widow;
one daughter, Mrs. Roger Pol-
lock of Lockport; one son,
Claude Bullard Jr. of Lockport;
one brother, Ray Bullard of
Lockport; two sisters, Mrs. Har-
old Sage of Newfane and Mrs.
Earl Graves of Wrights Corners;
and four grandchildren.
Friends may call at Kenneth
H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6130
East Ave., Newfane, with the
family present from 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. The Rev. Ernest Heu-
er of Trinity Lutheran Church
will officiate at the 2 p.m. Mon-
day funeral service at the fu-
neral home. Burial will be in
Wrights Corners Cemetery.
