The chancel of the First Presbyterian
church, Tonawanda, decorated
With pink and white flowers and
candelabra, was the setting for the
marriage of Miss Clara Borofske,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius
Borofske, Tonawanda, to Mr. Gerald
Lane, also of Tonawanda, formerly
of this city, son of Mrs. Kate
Lane, Saturday afternoon at 4
o'clock.
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wre a white satin gown
with bead embroidery. The full
bouffant skirit ended in a long court
train. The brida veil was finger-
tip length and was attached to a
tiara of seed beads. She carried an
arm bouquet of white roses and
snapdragons.
Miss Jane Bestiter was the only
bridal attendant.
Mr. James Hindermeir, this city,
attended the bridegroom. The ushers
were Mr. Jack Bridge and Mr
George MacFayden.
Miss Barbara White, accompanied
by Mrs. Keith Fraser. arranged
the musical selections for the cere-,
mony.
Mr. and Mrs. Lane are on an extended
tour of the New England
states and will be at home after
August 1, at 611 Esther street, North
Tonawanda.
