On the estate of Frank A. An-
drews. Town of Pendleton, who was
declared dead by the War 'depart-
last May 13 after being miss-
ing In action since May 13, 1944.
letters of administration were Issued
to his mother, Jennie Andrews, RD
3, Lockport. The estate was listed
as $2500 personal property.

LOCKPORT-One of three bro-
thers serving with the armed forces,
Staff Sergeant Frank a. Andrews, 24,
son of Mrs. Jennie Andrews, Pendle-
ton, N.Y., has been missing in
action over the European area since
May 12, according to a telegram re-
ceived by his mother from the War
department.
A native of Pendleton, Sergeant
Andrews attended Lockport high
schoool and was employed by the Air-
plane Division of the Curtiss Wright
corporation before he was inducted
October 26, 1942. He was graduated
from gunnery school at Fort Meyers,
Fla., and went overseas last Janu-
ary. He had since been stationed in
England with the crew of a Flying
Fortress.
Brothers of Sergeant Andrews in
the service are Captain Harry R.
Andrews, North Africa, and Private
Harold C. Andrews, Camp Davis,
N.C. who is now spending a 14-day
furlough at his home.
