George W. Wager, 91, formerly
of 1040 Garden Ave., died Friday
(Feb. 28, 1958) at the Odd Fellows'
Home, Lockport, where he
had resided for the last four years.
A native of Lewiston. Mr.
Wager had resided in this city..for
60' years. He was a retired carpenter
and in his late years had
served .as custodian of the First
Christian Church..
Mr. Wager was a member of
the United Brotherhood of Carpenters
and Joiners of America
Local 322.
Niagara Falls Lpdge No. 81,
IOOF, of which he,was a member,
will conduct memorial services
at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the
Gridley'Funeral Home.
The funeral services will be held
at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the fu-
neral home, with- the Rev. Meyer
A. Madsen officiating. Burial will
be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
Mr. Wager was the husband of
Ida Bale Wager who died 1951.
Surviving are a brother, Phillip
Wager, Lewiston; two sisters, Mrs.
Elizabeth Nichols, Lewiston, and
Mrs. George Graff, Hart, Mich.;
and nieces and nephews.
