A 19-year-old Lewiston woman
died New Year's Day at
Memorial Hospital of injuries
she received when she was
struck by a car Wednesday
at the intersection of
??er and Ninth streets, Lewiston.
Mrs. Margaret L. Martin,
Center St., died at 3:50
In the. accident she had
ved a fractured skull,
pelvis and internal ins.

James Walker, 22, of 750
e Road, Town of Lewiston
driver of the car, was not
hurt. The accident was investi-
gated by sheriff's deputies.
Mrs. Martin was a native of
Niagara Falls. She attended
Maple Avenue and Hyde
Park elementary schools and
Gaskill Junior and Niagara
Falls Senior high schools. She
was employed at the Frontier
Lanes, a Lewiston bowling alley.
Surviving are her husband,
Harold. Martin; her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Fred H. Bale;
sisters, Shirley and Katharine;
brother, James; and
her maternal, grandmother,
Mrs. Mary Kane, all of this
city.
Services will be Held at.the
Rhoney Funeral Home at 9
a.m. Thursday and at Sacred
Heart Church at 9:45 a.m.
Burial will be in Gate of
Heaven Cemetery.
