Miss Joan Ann Wood, Buffalo,
and Mr. Kevin Weil, this city, wilj
be the honor attendants for Miss
Blanche Alice Gough and Mr. Robert
Ransom Nicol Jr.,' when they
exchange marriage vows at 11 a.m.
Saturday at St. Teresa of the Infant
Jesus Church.
The bridesmaids will be Miss
Donna Lou Laese, Lockport; Miss
Barbara Raycroft, Niagara Falls,
Ont.; Mrs. Milton LaPointe. this
city, and Miss Mary Lou Jerominik,
Buffalo. Sarah Noyes, Lewiston,
cousin of the future brjdegroom,
will be flower girl. Miss Wood and
Miss Laese were classmates of Miss
Gough at the Deaconess Hospital
School of Nursing, Buffalo.
Guests will be seated at the ceremony
by Mr. Edward Darwin, West
Orange, N. J.; Mr. Paul Berrigan,
Mr. Carroll Daly and Mr. ^Gerald
Muipfry, all of this city. Mr. David
Cumber, Norwich. N. Y., will, be
vocalist. Mr. Weil, Mr. Darwin,
Mr. Berrigan and Mr. Cumber
were classmates, of the bridegtoom-
elcct at Niagara University.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert 'Ransom
Nicol, VanRemellacr Ave., parents
of the future bridegroom, will entertain
at. an after-TeTfearsal dinner
at their home on Friday evening.
Before rehearsal a cocktail parly
lor the wedding group will be given
by Miss Gough and Mr. Nicol at
the home of the bride-to-be's parents,
Mr. and Mrs. James A. Gough,
James Ave.
Mrs. Nicol also was hostess at
a tea at the Tatler for Miss Gough.
A luncheon was given by Mrs.
V. G. McLaughlin, grandmother of
the flower girl, at the Refectory,
Niagara Falls, Ont. Miss Wood and
Miss Laese entertained at a variety
shower at Miss Laese's summer
home at Lake Ontario and
another variety shower was held
by Mrs. LaPointe, Sixth St.
The future bride and bridegroom
were honored at a Jack and Jill
shower by Miss Raycroft, Miss
Jerominik, Mr. Weil and- Mr. Murphy
at Mr. Weil's home in Vanderbilt
Ave.
