Honeymooning at the
Thousand Islands are Mr.
and Mrs. John Pouthier.
The former Cherryl Beiter
became the bride of Mr.
Pouthier on Saturday.
Setting for the 5 p.m.
candlelight nuptial was
Good Shepherd R. C.
Church, Pendleton. White
gladioli, daisies and pom
pons adorned the altar when
the bride was given in
marriage by her father.
She is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Earl Beiter, 5040
Mapleton Road, Lockport.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Pouthier, 6195 Powers Road,
Orchard Park, are the
bridegroom's parents.
Choice of the bride was
a wedding gown of silk
organza. It had ^a lace
bodice, sleeves and A-line
skirt. Seed pearls and beads
enhanced the dress which
had a Sabrina neckline,
built-in chapel train of silk
organza. Silk illusion veiling
flowed from a lace headpiece.
Mrs. Sandra Rooney was
matron of honor to her
s i s t e r . Her floor-length
dress was of peach chiffon,
and had a Peter Pan collar
and bishop sleeves. She
completed the look with a
floral cap, and held a
cascade of white pom pons.
Bridesmaids were the
Misses Kathy Beiter, Lori
Beiter, Barbara McCarthy
and Mrs. Fran D'Angelo.
Miss Kathy Spoth, was
junior bridesmaid. They
were attired identically to
the honor attendant.
His brother's best man
was Mark Pouthier. Ushers
were Christ Pouthier, Peter
Anderson, Ronald Winter,
Thomas Pouthier Jr. and
Edward Shaver.
A reception, immediately
following the Mass, was in
Good Shepherd Hall.
Future home of the bride
and groom will be 221 Cold
Spring Road.
