PENN YAN - Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J.
Serefine, 198 Chestnut St., Penn Yan,
announce the engagement of their
daughter Theresa Ann to Charles W,
Pulver, also of Penn Yan, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Herman Bellis, 107 Ogden St.
° Miss Serefine and her finance are both
1969 graduates of Penn Yan Academy.
The bride-to-be is enrolled at the Auburn
Community College and will graduate
June 1971. Mr. Pulver attended Corning
Community College and is presently
employed by the Cemetation Co. of
America at the site of the new Morton
Salt Co. plant.
The couple are planning to be wed this
coming summer.

KEUKA PARK - Miss Theresa Ann
Serefine and Charles Warner Pulver
were married today at 12:30 p. m. in
Norton Chapel on the Keuka College
campus.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Joseph Serefine of 198 Chestnut St.,
Perm Yan. The bridegroom is the son of
Mrs. Herman Bellis of 197 Ogden St.,
Perm Yan, and the late Percy Pulver.
The Rev. William Cosgrove, assistant
rector of St. Michael's Church, Perm
Yan, performed the double ring
ceremony.
Escorted to the altar by her father, the
bride wore a gown designed by "Alfred
Angelo" of Philadelphia. It was of
embroidered silk organza with a high
scoop neckline, long bishop sleeves and
empire waist. It was detailed with
veniae lace and baby blue ribbon. The
matching mantilla headpiece war floor
length and circled with veniae lace and
blue ribbon. She carried a colonial white
mist bouquet of miniature roses and
stephanotis.
The matron of honor was Mrs. James
(Maureen Brady) Armstrong of Bossier
City, La. The bridesmaids were Miss
Peggy Iredell of Ardsley-on-Hudson,
and Miss Linda Travis, Miss Mary Jo
Mahar, and Miss Susan Mclnnis, all of
Perm Yan.
The best man was Paul Carlson of
Dresden. Ushers were Michael Serefine,
brother of the bride, Lon Rogers,
Michael Hawley and Steven Marchionda,
all of Penn Yan.
Acting as flowers girls were Patricia
and Deborah DeBerry while Shawn
DeBerry was the ring-bearer.
A reception for 250 guests was held at
the home of the bride. The couple left for
Cape Cod for their honeymoon and will
reside, following their return, on Russell
Rd., Penn Yan. °
The bride graduated from Penn Yan
Academy and Auburn Community
College. The bridegroom is also a
graduate of Penn Yan Academy and
attended Auburn Community College.
He is employed by the Cemetation Co. at
the Morton Salt site at Himrod.
