YOUNGSTOWN-St. Bernard's Church was
the setting of the marriage of Miss Charlotte
Louise Szczes and Donald Walter Kloda Saturday
(Nov. 26, 1960).
Rev. Andrew Pronobis officiated, uniting the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Szczes. Main
Street, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Kloda, 23rd Street, Niagara Falls.

GIVEN IN MARRIAGE by her father, the
bride wore a gown of Chantilly lace and tulle
over satin. It was designed with a scoop neckline,
fKted bodice and bouffant skirt that featured
an apron effect over layers of lace. The
skirt extended into a chapel-length train.
A bridal veil of silk illusion was held by
her Spanish tiara of pearls and crystal, and
she carried a cascade bouquet of white carnations
with a white orchid in the center.

MRS. JOSEPH LIZZIO was matron of honor.
She wore a lavender chiffon crepe over satin
gown styled with scoop neckline and full skirt.
Her flowers were a cascade of yellow shasta
centered with white.
Mrs. John D'Angelo and Miss Shirley Kloda, a
sister of the bridegroom, were bridesmaids. They
were attired in violet ensembles styled like that
of the honor attendant's, and carried yellow
flowers.

THE BRIDE'S SISTERS, Barbara and Cynthia
Szczes, were flower girls. They wore lavender
nylon sheer gowns, and carried yellow and white
shasta mums.
Leonard Rendina was best man, and ushers
were Henry Juda and Thomas Szczes, the bridegroom's
brother.

A RECEPTION was held at St. George's
Church hall in-Niagara Falls. The bride's mother
received in a shaded green and turquoise silk
organza gown, matched with accessories. The
mother of the bridegroom selected a forest
green lace sheath gown, with matching accessories.
Each wore a white rose corsage.
When the newlyweds return from a honeymoon
to Nassau in the Bahamas, and Miami
Beach, Fla., they will reside in Sanborn.
