Henry Bewley of Chestnut Rd
passed away this Wednesday morn-
ing July 25, 1945. He is'survived' by
his sister Mrs. C. Irving Fisher and
three brothers Richard, William,
and George C. Bewley. also several
nephews and nieces all of Lockport.
His remains will repose at the
Kennedy Funeral Home, 122 Wal-
nut St. until 12 A. M. Friday, July
27 when he will be taken to Christ
Episcopal Church, where services
will be held at 2 P. M. interment
will be in Glenwood Cemetery.

Ill for the past four months.
Henry Bewley, 68, prominent Chestnut
Ridge Road farmer and brother
of State Senator William Bewley,
died at 3 o'clock this morning.
Mr. Bewley, fifth son of the late
Joseph and Mary Bewley, was
born Jan. 17. 1877, at 32 Dayton
St.. and spent his youth in East
Lockport. He was educated in the
Lockport Public school.
For many years Mr. Bewley operated
a farm at Orangeport.
Twenty-five years ago he moved to
the present farm in Chestnut
Ridge. His wife died several years
ago.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. C.
Irving Fisher, and three brothers,
Senator Bewley, Richard and
George C. Bewley. all of Lockport.
There are many nephews and
nieces.
The body is at the Kennedy
Funeral Home, 133 Walnut St
where it will remain until 12 Noon
on Friday when it will be taken
to Christ Episcopal Church, of
which Mr. Bewley was a lifelong
member. Services will be held in
the church at 3 o'clock Friday
afternoon. Burial will be made in
Glenwood Cemetery.
The bearers will be Wayne Ranney.

Charles. Joseph, Francis and
George William Bewley all of
Lockport.
