WILSON-Mrs. Louisa May Stevens, 82, of 375
Bay St., died Saturday (Dec. 10, 1966) in Mount View
Hospital, Lockport, where she had been a patient for
six days.
She was born Sept. 18, 1884,
in Wilson, the daughter of
William Edgar and Annette
Brookins Bickford. She married
Lonson Smith Stevens in
1913. He died in 1932.
Mrs. Stevens was a graduate
of Wilson High School and
the Wilson Training School
and taught school for eight
years in the Wilson area.
She was a member of Exley
Methodist Church and a life
member of the Woman's
Society of Christian Service.
Survivors include a daughter,
Miss Helen Stevens, Wilson;
a son, Harold Stevens,
Plymouth, Mich.; a brother,
Glenn E. Bickford, Fairview,
Pa.; three grandchildren and
14 nieces and nephews.
The family will be present
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
at the Hamilton and Clark
Funeral Chapel, where services
will be, held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, Rev. Paul Huyett
officiating. Burial will be in
North Ridge Cemetery.
