THE REV. CUTHBERT MacLean officiated
at the marriage Saturday (June 13, 1970)
of Miss Renee Diane Socie and Airman I.C
Daniel L. Colpetzer. The 11 a.m. double ring
ceremony took place at St. Stephen's Church.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
George R. Socie, 317 72nd St. and Airman
Colpetzer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William
Colpetzer, 735 99th St.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride
wore a gown of organza with bib lace front,
lace sleeves and scalloped Chantilly lace at
the neckline and, appliqued on the front of
the A-line skirt. A matching lace panel accented
the detachable chapel length train.
Her bouffant veil was secured by an organza
petal face framer with seed pearls and she
carried a cascade of white sweetheart roses
with ivy and fern.

MISS ELAINE SOCIE was her sister's maid
of honor. Her orchid organza gown had a
gathered skirt, long sleeves, tucked bodice
and daisy trim accents. She wore a matching
looped bow of organza and carried a
cascade of white and orchid daisies.
Similarly attired were the bridesmaids, Miss
Diane Colpetzer, sister of the bridegroom;
Miss Charlene Martin; and Miss Patricia Lutey.
Thomas Colpetzer was best man for his
brother. Usliers were William Pasek, Steven
Pawlak and Gordon Whitbeck.
An afternoon reception was held at Frontier
Fire Hall.
The newlyweds will leave immediately for
Homestead. Fla., where they will reside while
the bndegroom is stationed at Homestead
Air Force Base.
