MISS PATRICIA ANN PALKA and James Joseph
Pino exchanged nuptial vows Saturday (Nov. 30, 1963)
at St. Joseph's Church.

Roland B. Bird Jr., 18th
Street, and the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Vincenzo Pino, of Ferry Avenue.

GIVEN in marriage by'
her step-father, the bride
wore a white peau de soie
floor-length s h e a t h with
graduating tiers of lace on
the skirt, high S a b r i na
neckline and chapel train.
Her silk illusion bouffant
veiling was held by a seed
pearl crown. She carried a
spray of orchids and stephanotis.

MRS. RAYMOND Gomez,
matron of, honor, was attired
in a long-sleeved pink
floor - length gown with
Sabrina neckline and a
matching c a b b a g e rose
headpiece. Her flo w e rs
were a white Fuji mum
bouquet.
Bridesmaids were Miss
Linda Henry, Miss Sandra
Fields and Miss Mary Anne
Struzik. Miss June Bird was
junior bridesmaid. They all
wore similar gowns in different
shades of pink and
carried bouquets of white
Fuji mums.
MARIO De MARTINO
acted as best man and ushers
were V i n c e n t Pino,
Richard F r u s c i o n e and
Michael Pino. They are all
nephews of the bridegroom.
Bertie Obleski, of Roulette,
Pa, was junior usher.
The Crown and Anchor
restaurant was the setting
for a breakfast after the
ceremony and an evening
reception.
Mr. and Mrs. Pino are
honeymooning in the Catskills.

Mr. and Mrs. Roland B. Bird Jr., 18th Street, announce
the engagement of Mrs. Bird's daughter, Miss
Patricia Palka, to James J. Pino, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Vincenzo Pino, Ferry Avenue.
Miss Palka, a graduate of Niagara Falls High
School, is employed in the law office of George M.
Donohue.
Mr. Pino, an alumnus of Trott Vocational High
School and the University of Dayton, is employed by
the Carborundum Co.
