e n g a g e m e n t of their
daughter, Karen L., to
Gregory Bisher. son of Mr
and Mrs. Harold Bisher,
7232 Akron Road, Lockport.
A 1971 graduate of Lockpert
Senior High School,
Miss Howell is currently
employed by Mcintosh and
Mcintosh, land surveyors.
Her fiance is a 1967
graduate of Lockport Senior
Htgh School, and has
completed his active duty
with the U.S. Army.
A May wedding is planned.

B i s h e r are taking a
honeymoon trip in Canada.
Upon their return to Lockport,
they will make their
home at 9 Bewley Parkway.
M i s s Karen Howell,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Homer L. Howell, 6483
Colonial Drive, Lockport,
became Mr. Bisher's bride
on Saturday, at First
English Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Lee Miller officiated
at the 4 p.m. double
-ring ceremony. Parents of
the bridegroom are Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Bisher, Akron
Road, Lockport.
White carnations with
coral trim decorated the
church, when the bride was
presented in marriage by
her father.
Miss Linda Tomaselli was
maid of honor, with Miss
Dianne Howell, the bride's
sister, and Miss Judith
LaFountain, as bridesmaids.
Timothy Kureczka was
best man. Thomas J. Passuite
and Michael Larry
ushered.
The bride wore a floor
length gown of white crepe,
terminating in a train. Her
illusion veiling flowed from
a pearl crown. She carried
an assorted floral bouquet
of coral and white buds.
Attendants favored gowns
styled with coral daisies on
a white background, match
i n g accessories and
picture hats. They held tiny
white and coral daisy
bouquets.
A f t e r the church
ceremony, a reception took
place at Lockport VFW
Hall.
