An employe of the Town of Cam-
bria highway department for five
years, Elton E.. Meahl, 58, died un-
expectedly at 1 o'clock this morn-
ing of a heart attack at his home
on the Lower Mountain Road. ,
Mr. Meahl was born in Akron and
Feb. 7, 1888, and was educated in
the Akron Schools. For 23 years
he operated a farm' In the Town
of Lockport.
Surviving are his wife, Nora; two
daughters, Mary E. Meahl. Cory,
Pa.; and Mrs. Russell Parker, Warren's
Corners; a brother, Warren
Meahl, Orchard Park and a sister,
Mrs. Edward Yocum, Clarence.
Services will be held Thursday
at 2:30 at the home, Cambria Center.
Burial will be in Bloomingdale
Cemetery, Akron.
