Mr. and Mrs. Fred Blood and Mr.
and Mrs. George Pfann of No. 45 Vernon
avenue are attending the marringe of
Miss Myra Blood to Percy Fleming at
4 :30 o'clock this afternoon at Linden.

At the home of the bride, at 4:30
o'clock on Saturday afternoon, Miss Myra
Isabella Blood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles R. Blood of Linden was married
to Pierson C. Fleming, son of Mr. and
Mrs. George A. Fleming, keeper of the
Genesee county home in Bethany. The
Hev. Walter B. Hilton performed the
ceremony in the presence of forty guests.
Tha bride wore a dark blue embroidered
velour suit, trimmed with fur, with hat
to match, and carried a shower bouquet
of carnations and maiden hair ferns.
While the "Bridal Chorus" from
"Lohengrin" was played by Miss Elisabeth
D. Pierson, the couple entered the
living room, preceded by little Audra
Blood, attired in ruffled white georgette
and carrying cut glass basket filled with
carnations. The couple stood beneath
a large bell suspended from an arch of
evergreens. The color scheme was pink
and green. A reception and dinner followed
the ceremony, covers being laid
for ten at the bride's, table.
Mr. and Mrs. Fleming left for a
Western trip and will be at home at
Bethany after January 1st. Pre-nuptial
events included a dinner party at the
Hamilton hotel given by Miss Elizabeth
D. Pierson of East Bethany, and a
theater party and lunch given by Mrs.
George Pfans of No. 45 Vernon avenue,
Batavia
