BOWER - Rollin G. Bower,
of 116 Locust Street, passed
away at Hilltop Nursing Home,
Thursday, June 11, 1970. Husband
of the late Matilda Hennebohl
Bower, he leaves one daughter,
Dorothy M. Bower of
lockport and several nieces and
nephews. Friends may call Friday
from 7 to 9 and Saturday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 o'clock
at Prudden and Kandt Funeral
Home, 242 Genesee Street,
where funeral services will be
held Sunday afternoon at two
o'clock. Private committal ser-
bices will be held at Cold Spring
Cemetery at the convenience of
the family.

LOCKPORT - Rollin G.
Bower, 84, a former superintendent
of highway maintenance
for Niagara County, died
Thursday (June 11, 1970) at
Hilltop Nursing Home after a
short illness. He had formerly
lived at-116 Juniper St. here.
- A native of the Town of
;Royalton, he was bom Aug. 26,
1885, the son of George and
Emma Blosser Bower.
He farmed for many years
in the Riddle Road and for 28
.yeans, served the county as
superintendent of h i g h w ay
maintenance.
He was a member of St
Peter's United Church of God.
He is survived by a daughter,
Miss Dorothy M. Bower, and
several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call today from
7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at
the Prudden and Kandt Funeral
Home where services will be
held at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev.
Herbert L. Siegner will officiate.
Private commital services
will be held at Cold Spring
Cemetery at the convenience of
the family.
