Robert Anthony Boccaccio Sr.,
60, of 101 South Berkey Dr.,
Chittenango, died January 22 in
Florida.
A native of Syracuse, he had
lived in Chittenango for more
than 30 years.
He owned Heritage Pools, Inc.
of Chittenango for 16 years.
He was a member of St. Patrick's
Church, the Chittenango
Rotary Club and the Syracuse
Chamber of Commerce.
He was a baseball and basketball
coach for the Sullivan
Community Council for several
years.
He was a World War Two veteran
and a retired member of the
174th Tactical Fighter Wing,
known as "The Boys from Syracuse."
He is survived by his wife, the
former Judith Ladd; five sons,
Robert Jr. of Chicago, Anthony
of Spokane, Wash.. Arthur of
Auburn, Mark of Coconut
Grove, Fla. and Matthew of
Venice, Calif.; his mother,
Mrs. Pickard
Services were held January 25
for Ora C. Pickard, 94, of 201
Diane Circle, Chittenango. She
died January 22.
Mrs. Pickard was born in
Elpis to Ara and Elnora Marshall
Dunham. She lived in
Chittenango for 30 years and
previously in Perryville for 50
years.
She was a member of the Perryville
Methodist Church for
more than 75 years.
She is survived by a son, Jack
Pickard of Chittenango; two
daughters, Dorothy Smith of
Oneida and Olive Thompson of
Suffern; eight grandchildren
and several greatgrandchildren.

arrangements.
