The marriage of Miss Edith R
Johnson and Charles Bacon of
Medina took place at the home
of her sister und brother-in-law.

BARKER, N. Y The home of
Mr. and Mrs Ray Johnson, North
Lyndonville road, was the scene of
a pretty Fall wedding at 4 o'clock
October 28, when Miss Edith R
Johnson and Mr. Charles Bacon, of
Ridgeway. N. Y, were united In
marriage The Rev Elmer Bel-
knap, pastor of Lyndonvllle Melhodlst
church, prrfoimed the. ceremony.
The house was decorated with
baskets of flowers in autumn colors.
Miss Esther Link of Buffalo sang
° I Love You Truly.' and Mrs Howard
Holland of Elmira played the
Wedding music including the Bridal
Chorus ' from Lohengen
The bride gowned In blue velvet
was attended by her sister. Mrs.
Roy Jesson, wearing wine velvet.
Both wore corsages of gardenias.
Roy Jesson was best man.
Dinner for 30 guests was served
from a table centered with two wed-
ding cakes, the occasion also mark-
ing the 35th wedding anniversary
of Mr. and Mrs. Jesson. Guests
were present from Buffalo, Elmira
and Camp Edwards.
Mrs. Bacon has been plant nurse
for the Heinz company in Medina
for several years and previous to
that was on the nursing staff of
Medina Memorial hospital.
After a short wedding trip, Mr.
and Mrs. Bacon will make their
home at Ridgway Corners.
