GORHAM - Miss Patricia Mary
Gage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Maurice A. Gage of the Gorham-
Rushvllie Rd., and Ronnie Leigh
Bootes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fenton
Bootes of RD 1, Middlesex, were
married at 2 p.m., June 26 in the Potter
Community Church, Potter.
The Rev. John D. Wilcox of North
Syracuse, a former pastor of the
church and the Rev. Thomas S. Castle,
present pastor of the local church,
performed the double ring ceremony.
Mrs. Alton Wyman of RD 3, Penn Yan
was the organist. Bouquets of red
carnations, white gladioli and blue
daisies decorated the altar.
Given In marriage by her father, the
bride wore an empire gown of white
dotted swiss trimmed in lace. She wore
a white picture hat and carried a
nosegay of red, white and blue car
nations and baby's breath.
Miss James Brodnicki of Ovid, sister
of the bride, was matron of honor. Mrs.
Howard Patton of Rochester, cousin of
the bride, was bridesmaid. Miss Nancy
Gage of Middlesex and Miss Renee
Gage of Canandaigua, nieces of the
bride, were junior bridesmaids.
Wendell Dinehart of Albany was best
man. Bruce Gage and Morris Gage Jr.
of Middlesex and Tom Gage of
Canandaigua, nephews of the bride,
were ushers.
Linda Brodnicki of Hall, niece of the
bride was flower girl and Steven Gage
of Middlesex, nephew of the bride, was
ring bearer.
Approximately 150 guests attended
the reception In the fireman's hall in
Stanley.
The bride Is a 1970 graduate of
Marcus Whitman Central School and is
employed as a senior clerk at Agway
Petroleum Corp. In Canandaigua.
The bridegroom graduated from
Middlesex Valley Central School in
1968 and from the State University of
New York at Morrlsville In 1970. He is
employed at Borden Foods In Rush
ville.
After a honeymoon to Virginia,
North Carolina, Washington, D.C.,
Gettysburg, Harrlsburg and
Poughkeepsie, the couple is now
residing at RD 1, Middlesex.
