NORTH TONAWANDA, Aug. 25-
After an . investigation yesterday,
Coroner Henry C. Lapp Issued s certificate
of accidental death In the
case of Frank N. Brody, of 16 Cleveland
avenue, who lost his life when
he fen Into a shaving hopper at the
Tonawanda Island plant of the
Becker-Moore company earlier in
the day and suffocated.

Funeral services for Frank N.
Brody, 61, of 16 Cleveland avenue,
suffocated in a wood shaving
hopper at the Tonawanda Island
plant of the Becker-Moore company
yesterday morning, will be
held Tuesday at 8:30 a. m. from
the Mroczynski Funeral Home,
C52 Oliver street, and at 9 a. m.
from the St. Francis church on
Adam street The Rt. Rev. Msgr.
John A. Weismantel will officiate
and interment will be in Mt.
Olivet.
The three surviving sons, Francis,
Albert and John Brody, are in
the Armed Forces. Francis is in
the AAF in the Pacific, Albert is
serving with the Marines in the
same theater and John is with the
Marines in the United States.
Other survivors are a wife,
Katherine, and two daughters,
Mrs. Ann Berndt and Miss Eliza-
beth Brody, all of Tonawanda.
