white carnations and pompons
when she becomes the bride of
Norman Edmund Sitgreaves this
afternoon (June 30. 1956) at 4
o'clock at St. Paul's Methodi.st
Church.
Dr. Richard Davey will officiate
for the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Burton J. Ashby. Kline
Rd., Lewiston, and the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Martin E." Sitgreaves,
Walnut Ave. Peter R.
Lucdig will he organist and John
Munro will be soloist.
To be given in marriage by
her father, the bride will be attired
in a nylon tulle and alcncon
lace over taffeta gown with
pearls and sequin trimmed appliques
enhancing the cross pleated
bodice, and a bouffant skirt with
a sweep train. Her matching lace
and tulle crown will hold a pure
silk scalloped veil enhanced with
seed pearls.
Mrs. Harold A. Yaggie. matron
of honor will wear pink nylon
chiffon over taffeta. Similarly
gowned in aqua will be the
bridesmaids Miss Dclores J.
Laska and Miss Marian J. Danko.
Harold A. Yaggie will he best
man and ushers will be William
Fitzsimmons and Ralph N.
Ashby Jr.
For the reception at the Lewiston
Firchall No. 2. this evening,
the mother of the bride has
chosen a romance blue Italian
lace dress while the mother of
the bridegroom will wear a printed
silk shantung dress in oyster
white.
The bridal couple will be at
home in 67 Upper Mountain Rd.,
Lewiston. after a honeymoon in
the New England States.
