ANDOVER-Beulah E. Deming,
78, of 32 Rochambeau Ave. died
Sunday (Nov. 8,1998) at the Wellsville
Manor Nursing Home.
Born Dec. 28,1919, in Rock City,
she was a daughter of Truman and
Susan Wilkins. In October 1937, she
married Charles Deming Jr., who
died in September of 1995.
She was a graduate of t he Allentown
high school. For many years
she was employed at CE Air
Preheater as a security guard, work-
ing for Pinkerton Security, retiring
in 1980.
She was attending the Christian
& Missionary Alliance Church of
Andover.
Surviving are three sons, William
(Velma) Deming of Andover,
Theodore Deming of Mt. Dora, Fla.,
and Daniel (Kathleen) Deming Sr. of
Andover; a daughter, Suzanne
(Gerald) Slack of Florida; eightgrandchildren;
10 great-grandchildren;
two sisters, Vianna Bouch of Olean .
and Ethlyn Mayer of Bradford, Pa.
and a brother, Charles Stark.
In addition to her husband, Mrs.
Deming was predeceased by son,
Michael Deming; two sisters, Mary
LaRousche and Clara Vanness, and
four brothers, Clifford Wilkins,
Marval Wilkins, Clark Wilkins, and
Darby Wilkins.
Friends were received Wednes-
day (November 11,1998) from 7 to 9
p.m. at the Mulholland-Swan Fu-
neral Home, Inc. in Andover. Funeral
services were held Thursday
(Nov. 12, 1998) at 11 a.m. in the
funeral home. The Rev. Bruce
Crossley of t h e Andover Christian St
Missionary Alliance Church officiated
. Burial w a s at Woodlawn Gem-
etery in Wellsville. '
