- Paul Christian Haseley, 56, died early yesterday morning at his home on the Niagara road, Bergholtz. He was born in the town of Lewiston, and had resided there and in the town of Niagara all his life. He was a member of the St. James Lutheran church in Bergholtz. Surviving are his wife, Ruth, nee Wolf; a stepson, William Loeschke; a daughter, Pauline Haseley; three step-daughters, Alice, Helen and Norma Loeschke, all of Bergholtz; two brothers, Gustave and John Haseley of Niagara Falls, and seven sisters, Mrs. Matilda Haseley, Mrs. Otto Mueller, Mrs. Elizabeth Lavendusky and Mrs. Edward Wurl of North Tonawanda, Mrs. George Hartman of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Martha Quandt of Lockport and Mrs. John Ferchen of the Town of Wheatfield. Rites will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 oclock from the residence and at 2:30 from the St. James church. The Rev. Otto Bruss will officiate and burial will be in St. James cemetery.
