Alma Haseley, 95, formerly of 87th Street and an active member of Bacon Memorial Presbyterian Church, died Sunday (Aug. 22, 1999) in Bethel Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, Croton-on-Hudson, after a four-month illness.
Born Alma Koch in Niagara Falls, she lived in Youngstown for several years before returning to Niagara Falls to live for many years. She moved to Croton-on-Hudson in 1989.
Mrs. Haseley had served as a deacon and as a member of the Priscilla Circle at her church. In addition, she was a volunteer in the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center gift shop for 20 years.
Her husband, Paul F., died in 1987.
Survivors include two daughters, Jane Murff of Irvington and Carol Kalberer of Colonial Heights, Va.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were private. Burial was in Oakland Rural Cemetery, Youngstown
