James W. Scherrer, 31, of Stoelting Street, a plumber, died Saturday (Aug. 16, 1997) in his home after a long illness.
Born in North Tonawanda, he was a graduate of Niagara-Wheatfield High School
He worked eight years for Camann Plumbing and Heating, Wheatfield.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and skiing.
Survivors include his wife, the former Rebecca A. Voelker; a son, Mitchell; a daughter, Mariah; his parents, Henry A. and Dianne F. of Wheatfield; a brother, Mark of Niagara Falls; and a sister, Debra of Amherst.
Services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Niagara Road and Luther Street. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery
