Popular Young Bergholtz Resident Laid to Final Rest
BERGHOLTZ, Jan. 2. - Funeral services for Elmer Milleville, which were held from the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Milleville, Niagara Falls boulevard. Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock and at 2:30 from St. James'. Lutheran church, were largely attended. The church was filled to its capacity. Mr Milleville was 36 years old and died after several months illness. He was born in the same house where he died and attended the St. James' parochial school. The bearers were William Milleville Jr., Charles Mllleville, Ben DeVantier, Erich Ferchen. Theodore Schmidt and A. Haseley, all cousins of the deceased. Interment was in St. James cemetery.

BERGHOLTZ, Dec. 28 - Elmer Millleville. 36 years old, son of Supervisor and Mrs. Albert Milleville, of the Niagara Falls boulevard, died today at the home of his parents, after an illness of several months. Funeral services will be held from the home of the parents on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock and at 2:30 from St. James Lutheran church, this village. The Rev. Otto Bruss will officiate. Interment will be in St. James' cemetery. Mr. Milleville is survived by his parents, two brothers. Gerhard and Albert, Jr., both at home, and seven sisters. Mrs. Christ Burow and Mrs. Anna Moll, both of Wheatfield. Mrs. Louis Wendt, Buffalo, Mrs. Sophia Schultz. St. Johnsburg, and Rose, Mable and Judith, all at home. Previous to his illness, Mr. Milleville had always taken a keen interest in Bergholtz village affairs. He was born in the same house in which he died. Supervisor Milleville stated today that he would be unable to attend the board meeting in Lockport Monday because of his sons funeral.
