BERGHOLTZ, July 10.—The marriage
of Miss Frances Grabau, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Grabau,
of Parkdale avenue, Buffalo, to Guy
E. Bertiaux, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Bertiaux, of Dubois, Pa., took place
at "Sunset Hill" Marllla, country
home of the bride's parents. Dr. Ed-
gar M. Smead, of the Bethlehem
Presbyterian church, officiated.
The ceremony was performed In the
garden before an altar of evergreens
with baskets of garden flowers banked
around it. The bride, who was
given in marriage by her father, wore
pale blue moussellne de sole dress and
picture hat and carted yellow roses
and blue delphiniums.
She was attended by her sisters,
Mrs Adele Ralmy and Miss Grace W.
Grabau. and Miss Chrystar Bertiaux,
sister of the groom. Mrs. Ralmy and
Miss Bertiaux wore pale pink organdy
and garden hats. Miss Grabau wore
yellow organdy and a picture hat, The
three attendants carried bouquets of
pale pink peonies and mock orange
blossoms.
The bride's niece, Janet Grabau.
Was flower girl in pink net and carried
a colonial bouquet. Joseph A.
Albrecht Jr, nephew of the bride, was
ring bearer. The bridegroom was attended
by his brother, Keith W. Bertiaux
Dinner in the garden followed
the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Bertiaux
will be at home at 429 Parkdale avenue,
Buffalo, after a short wedding
trip. The bride is well known In this
vicinity
