BERGHOLTZ, Sept. 18.A September
wedding or much interest to the
residents of this vicinity took place
last Saturday afternoon, September
13th, at 4 o'clock, when the Rev. Paul
C. Engelbert of 212 Pcckham street of
Buffalo, read the marriage lines, which
Joined In the holy bonds of matrimony,
hU daughter, Dorothy, to the Rev.
Harold Grabau, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Theodore Grabau of Niagara street,
this village. At the appointed hour
the bridal party entered the church,
which was artistically decorated with
palms and flowers of the season, the
bride being escorted by her brother,
who later gave her away. She looked
very charming in a wedding dress of
white bridal satin, veil of silk tulle
and a shower bouquet of roses nnd
lilies caught with streamers of silk
tulle. The three sisters of the bride
were bridesmaids and maid of honor
and looked very lovely In rainbow colored
gowns with shower bouquets to
match. The bride's brother and the
groom's brothers, Alvin and Edgar and
the groom's cousin, Hugo Grabau, were
the ushers and attended the groom.
Little Norma Grabau, sister of the
groom, was flower girl. A reception
was held at the home of the bride to
about 30 guests. The supper was served
at about 0 o'clock, tho table being
centered with a large wedding cake.
The bride and groom left early that
evening for Fair View. Kansas, where
they will make their future home. They
will stop eftroute at Illinois and . Indians,
where they arc visiting friends
snd relatives.
