Funeral services for Edna A. Schoonover, who owned and operated the Bergholz Restaurant and also worked at Heuer's Dairy, which was owned by her parents, will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday in St. Paul's Calvary Lutheran Church, 18th Street at Cleveland Avenue.
Private burial will be in St. Paul's Calvary Lutheran Cemetery in Bergholz.
Mrs. Schoonover, 84, died Saturday (Feb. 18, 1995) in St. Mary's Manor.
The former Edna Heuer lived most of her life in the LaSalle area of the city, then moved to Youngstown Road in Youngstown, where she lived for 17 years, before moving to St. Mary's Manor.
She and her late husband, Arthur, operated the Bergholz Restaurant from 1959 until his death in 1969.
In addition to working at her parents' dairy, she also worked at Diffine's Dairy.
She was a member of St. Paul's Calvary Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Eileen Rinker of Youngstown, and two grandchildren
