A bridal gown of French Cbantilly
lace and tulie was worn by Miss Carol
A. Collins for her marriage at 4 o'clock
yesterday afternoon (Oct. 5, 1957) lo
Briton L. Mangan. The Rev. .Evan. J.
Barfeli performed the double-ring ceremony
in the chancel of St. Paul's Lutheran
Church.
The bride, who is the daughter of Mr.
»n4. Mrs. Benjamin F. Collins, 84th St.
was given in marirage by her father, to
the son of Mr_artd Mrs. Paul C. Man-
gan. Lock port- Youngstown Rd., Ransom
ville.
. Ihe ballerina length gown selected by
the bride was styled with a scoop neck-
I'.nt enhanced by- an- appliqued edge
and lace trimming. Her. bouffant skirt
of lace was set in scallops of tulle over
a satin underskirt. A matching lace fitted
h*t held her French imported veil of Silk
illusion. She 'carried a prayer book
topped with an orchid, white pompons
and lily of the valley.
Miss Leola Aul, maid of honor, Mrs.
Anthony Floramo, sister of the bride,,
and Miss Evan Mangan, sister of the
bridegroom, as bridesmaids, were similarly
attired in shaded gold lace ballerinalength
gowns. They were fashioned with
scoop necklines, cap sleeves and chocolate
brown taffeta pleated cummerbunds.
Gold lace and beaded tiaras completed
their ensembles. Miss Au! ca.rried a
bouquet of bronze pompons and the
bridesmaids chose' cascade bouquets of
yellow- and bronze shaded pompons.
Walter Gallawas best man-Donald-
Collins, brother of the bride, and Anthony
Floramo were ushers.
For an evening reception at the Moose
Hall, the mother of- the bride chose a
mink- colored - taffeta dress with beige
accessories. The mother of the bridegroom
selected a grav taffeta dress .with
pink accessories. Each wore a cymbidium
orchid corsage.
For a motor trip through New York
State,' the bride departed wearing a gray
wool suit with giay aird~white accessories.
The couple will reside in Woodlawn
Ave.
