Summer Bride
Of Mr. Rohring

floral decorations of carnations,
gladioli -jnd mums in Holy Ghost
Lutheran church, formed the setting
for the marriage of Miss Madelyn
Mueller and Mr.' Floyd Rohring.
The Rev. Victor Dahlke performed
the double ring ceremony uniting
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Mueller, Old boulevard, and the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Rohring.
Wihon.
Mr. Mueller gave his daughter in
marriage. . Her white slipper satin
gown bad a high illusion sweetheart
neckline, fitted bodice and long
pointed sleeves of chantily lace.
The full skirt was of lace and satin
extending to a full length train.
The three-tiered veil, extending
beyond the train, fell from a tiara
of seed pearls and apple blossoms.
It was trimmed with scalloped chantilly
lace. Her bouquet'Was a cascade
of white roses centered with'
red roses, white ribbons- and streamers
of lily of the valley.
Miss Shirley Mueller was maid of
'honor lot her sister wearing a maize
IgoyB of chantilly; lace with Peter
Pan collar, maiching picture hat and
gauntlers, She carried a > crescent
of\ p l n k / r o s e s.
In ensembles that that the maid
of honor,; the bridal attendants Were
Miss May Low Rohring, Miss Beverly
Muelle>iv Mrs.' Jack Owens, Miss
Mary Anenbechler and ;M,iss Msrjarie
Jeschk'e. The gbwris were
powder blue and they carried crescents,
of' red roses. Miss Barbara
Mueller, sister .of the bride, was
flower girl." She wore shell pink and
carried -yellow roses! - ' -
,Mr. Dleb'ert Rohriof was best
man for his. brother: and the ring
bearer,was Charles Hurtgsn.. The
ushert were Mr. Kenneth "Mueller,
Mr. Durwood Rohring, Mr. Gordon
Mueller, Mr. David Sexsmith and
Mr, Daniel Mueller.
'. -Mrs; Mueller selected a yellow
marquisette dress, with white accessories
and carried a corsage of
red roses.
Mrs. Rohring chose for her son's
wedding navy blue marquisette with
white accessories and completed her
ensemble with a corsage of red
roses.
A- reception for 300 guests was
given at the Bcrgholtz fire hall. The
hall.was decorated with huge white
wedding bells and blue crepe paper.
The bridal table was centered with
a fotir tiered wedding, cake rosepoint
candle holders with blue
candles, and the bridal bouquets
completed the arrangement on the
bride's table. White gladioli add
mums adorned the hall.
For traveling to the Thousand
islands, Adirandack mountains add
Canada, the bride favored a navy
blue suit with red and white accessories
and corsage of white roses.
Out of town guests were from
Canada, Buffalo, Ohio and-Williarasville.
Pre-nuptials included: kitchen
shower, Mrs. Barbara Bucholtz; Linen,
Miss Mary Low Rohring and
Mrs. William Rohring, variety, Mrs.
Herbert Hirtgan, Mrs. Durwood JRohring,
Mrs. Harry Rohring and the
Misses Shirley and Beverly Mueller
and Mrs. Albert Mueller; cup
and saucer, by Mrs. William Young.
Mr. and Mrs. Rohring will reside
temporarily at the home of the
bride's parents, M.R. 25, Old boulei
vard, Niagara Falls.
