NORTH TONAWANDA
-Funeral services will be
held Saturday for Edward
H. Ellman, 76, of 17 Phillips
St., who died Wednesday
(June 30, 1965) after
suffering an apparent heart
attack while driving his car
which was then involved in
a crash with an auto owned
by the Tonawanda Distributing
Co.
He was born in the Town of
Wheatfield and had l i v ed
here for the last 53 years. He
was employed by the Buffalo
Bolt Co. for 55 years, retiring
six years ago.
Mr. Ellman was a member
of St. Mark's Lutheran Church,
the Luther Laymen's League
and St. Mark's Senior Athletic
Club.
Survivors include his widow,
the former Helena Zastrow;
three sons, Ruben E. and Freibert
E l l m a n , both of the-
Tonawandas, and Alton H. Ellman,
Erie, Pa.; a daughter,
Mrs. William (Helen) Storey,
this city; a sister, Mrs. Victor
Haseley, Wheatfield, a n d a
brother, Fed Ellman, this city;
12 grandchildren and seven
great-gandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Frethold
Funeral Home, where
services will be conducted at
2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Lauren
Shiley officiating. Burial will
be in St. Mark's L u t h e r an
Cemetery.
